Carlos Olvera

Student of the degree in International Relations from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, currently in his seventh semester. He has experience as a volunteer at the Casanicolás migrant shelter in the municipality of Guadalupe, Nuevo León. He served as director of Social Responsibility of the student group “Historias en Movimiento”, dedicated to promoting the well-being and rights of migrants within the university community.

He was an interim consultant for the Secretary of Economic Development of the municipality of Monterrey and coordinator of the First China-Monterrey Tourist Attraction Forum. Organizer of the Second Gender Equity Forum administered by the student group HeforShe Tec.

He is currently an intern in the association of Citizen Initiative for the Promotion of the Culture of Dialogue and participates in the promotion of the Sixth Diploma in Psychological First Aid for Migrants, Refugees and Displaced Persons.
